Costs and registration
Participation fee of the camp is 310 €.The costs include:
- transport for the duration of the camp
- food for the duration of the camp from 16th to 24th July (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two light meals) NB! Viljandi Folk Music Festival is not included!
- accommodation for the duration of the camp and Viljandi Folk Music Festival (25th to 29th July)
- performer’s card of the festival that gives free access to all the concerts

The confirmation of acceptance to the Ethno will be sent in two weeks after the registration (if travelling from abroad) or by the 1st of May, at the latest (if joining from Estonia).
After receiving the confirmation, please transfer a non-refundable prepayment of 50 € to the bank account of MTÜ Eesti Pärimusmuusika Keskus (NGO Estonian Traditional Music Center) EE691010220008039018. Prepayment guarantees a place at the camp!
The remaining 260 € should be transferred to the account of the Estonian Traditional Music Center by the 1st of June 2024, at the latest. In the details of the payment, please mark “Ethno Estonia 2024” and your name.
Registration closes on the 1st of May but participants are also accepted after that, in case of free places.
