The Glamping Park Internal Rules

Viljandi Folk Music Festival 2026
For the comfort, pleasant stay, and safety of all visitors to the Viljandi Folk Music Festival Glamping Park (hereinafter referred to as "Visitors"), please comply with these park rules and the requirements established by the organiser, the Estonian Traditional Music Center NGO (hereinafter referred to as "Organiser"). The festival accommodation service provider and/or security service are responsible for enforcing and ensuring compliance with the rules.
The festival Glamping Park opens on Thursday, July 23, at 11:00 PM and closes on Monday, July 27, at 12:00 PM.
Visitors who have booked a spot by purchasing a pass in advance are allowed to enter the Glamping area. The pre-sale of passes runs until July 08, 2026, or until spots last.
Visitors must register upon arrival at the Glamping gate. A pass with a QR code must be presented, and an accommodation card must be filled out. Passes will be exchanged for wristbands, which provide access to the accommodation area. The wristband must be worn on the wrist.
The pass provides access to the accommodation area and a sleeping place according to the capacity of the booked tent. Only persons with accommodation passes and festival service staff are allowed in the Glamping area.
Visitors must keep the tents and other facilities clean and use them responsibly. All items in the tent belong to the festival and must be returned (left in the tent) upon departure.
Smoking and open flames are prohibited in the accommodation facilities. Incense or other strong-smelling substances must not be burned in the tent.
When leaving the tent, all openings and locks must be closed. In case of strong winds, the tent locks must remain closed.
Trash must be sorted and placed in designated containers. Follow the signs!
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
The Glamping Park is encircled by a protective fence. The festival accommodation volunteers and security service are responsible for maintaining order and may involve the police if necessary. The Organiser will do everything to ensure a peaceful environment in the Glamping Park.
Visitors are required to behave in a manner that does not disturb other visitors and must not act inappropriately. A person who behaves disruptively and does not comply with the instructions of the festival accommodation service provider will be removed from the area.
Pets are not allowed in the Glamping Park!
The festival is not responsible for the personal belongings of Visitors.
*5.1. The tent set includes:
- A tent with dimensions: base diameter 5 m, height 3 m, and floor area 19.6 m²
- Floor carpets
- Beds, mattresses, blankets, pillows, and bed linen according to the number of sleeping places
- Towels (large and small) according to the number of sleeping places
- A table and two chairs
- A wooden box as a nightstand
- LED light source
- 2 hangers for hanging clothes
- Padlock
