0* HOTEL HOUSE RULES
Sports Centre at Vaksali tn 4, ViljandiViljandi Folk Music Festival 2026
- The 0* Hotel opens on Thursday, 23 July at 12:00 and closes on Monday, 27 July at 11:30. The 0* Hotel reception is open 24 hours a day.
- Only persons who have purchased a valid accommodation ticket are allowed to enter the 0* Hotel. Presale of tickets runs until 22 July at 23:58 or until places are sold out. Comfort package tickets are on sale until 8 July. If available, tickets may also be purchased during the festival at the 0* Hotel reception.
- Upon arrival, the Guest must register at the 0* Hotel reception. A QR-code ticket must be presented and exchanged for an accommodation wristband. The wristband grants access to the 0* Hotel and must be worn throughout the entire stay.
- When using a discounted ticket for children under 12 years of age, the Guest must be prepared to present a document proving the child’s age if requested. Entry to the 0* Hotel is only permitted when accompanied by an adult.
- Only persons with a valid accommodation wristband are allowed to enter and stay at the 0* Hotel. Persons without a valid wristband may be removed from the area.
- An accommodation ticket or pass for the 0* Hotel is valid for one person, except for the comfort package, which includes accommodation for two persons.
- Only guests with a valid accommodation wristband and festival service personnel are allowed within the 0* Hotel.
- The use of camping beds, tents, or any other items that may damage the gym floor or equipment is not allowed in the 0* Hotel.
- Guests will be assigned sleeping areas by the 0* Hotel volunteer staff. Sleeping and placing personal belongings is allowed only in designated areas. Walkways, evacuation routes, and other circulation areas must remain clear and accessible at all times during the stay.
- Upon departure, the Guest must check out at the accommodation reception desk.
- In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show during the festival, the accommodation fee is non-refundable.
- The 0* Hotel has 24-hour supervision. Quiet hours begin at 23:00. Festival accommodation volunteers and security personnel are responsible for maintaining order, and police may be involved if necessary. The Organiser will do its best to ensure a peaceful and quiet rest period in the accommodation area.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the 0* Hotel or at its entrance.
- Being under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances is not permitted at the 0* Hotel. The use of alcohol and narcotic substances is strictly prohibited.
- Guests are required to keep the 0* Hotel area clean throughout their stay and dispose of waste only in designated places.
- The use of strongly scented food items and substances, including incense and similar products that may disturb other guests or affect air quality in shared spaces, is prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed in the 0* Hotel.
- Guests must behave in a manner that does not disturb others and is not inappropriate. Persons who behave disruptively or fail to follow instructions from festival accommodation staff or security personnel may be removed from the area. The Organiser may issue additional binding instructions.
- Equipment provided as part of the comfort package (including mattresses, sleeping bags, pillows, blankets, and towels) remains the property of the festival and must be returned at the end of the accommodation period. Guests are responsible for the proper use of the provided equipment.
- The festival is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of guests’ personal belongings. Storage of personal items is at the guest’s own risk.
- In addition to these house rules, the valid usage, safety, and fire safety rules of the Viljandi Sports Centre apply to the use of the 0* Hotel. Instructions from Sports Centre staff and security personnel are mandatory for guests.
